The Allied Health Assistants' National Association Ltd (AHANA) is the Australian peak body for Allied Health Assistants (AHAs).
AHANA's Founding Practising Member (Certified) members are AHAs who committed to AHANA's high standards of ethics, conduct and practise, showing their dedication to the Allied Health Assistant profession and providing exceptional service to their clients.
Practising Member (Certified) is AHANA's highest class of membership, and is granted to AHAs who have provided evidence they have a Board-recognised Allied Health Assistant qualification and substantial experience practising as an AHA (or who have been deemed by the Board to have attained similar or equivalent competency, through training and experience as an AHA, to an AHA who has met the standard entry points into Practising Member (Certified)).
You can read more about AHANA's membership structure, and the standards set for and maintained by AHANA Practising Members, on the AHANA website.
